I now have two achievements telling me I have earned a "border" to go around my avatar. I have seen the smaller head shot version of the avatar have a border around it on others and I am assuming that is what it is talking about, but I do not know how access this border to add it or remove it. Where is this function found on the site? I have not been able to find this information in the FAQ is why I am asking here.

I'm glad I found this thread, because I had no idea where the borders were, either! ^^ unfortunately, even though I've earned them both and got the notification, they still show as locked - I'm assuming that's a thing being worked on?

It looks like you could file a ticket & they'll unlock the borders for you. (Hover Subeta tab, select Help, then select Ticket Center and Create a New Ticket.) Hope that helps & they get it sorted for you. :)
