Hi :) Maybe a dummy question, but it says Current Level below the image of the card. What does that number refer to? And how is it related to the number of LP?
And the same question for the Qualifying Purchases amount. How is that related to the number of LP?
Current Level is the number of stamps you have on your card(s). You can fill 2 cards per period and each card gets up to 10 stamps. You get a stamp for every 1,000 CSC purchased (1,000 CSC = $10) and each stamp is worth an increasing amount of LP (stamp 1 is 1 point, stamp 2 is 2 points, etc.) with the final stamp of each card being worth a bonus 5 points (10+5=15 total LP for stamp 10).
So for example, if your Qualifying Purchase is $35, that is equivalent to 3,500 CSC. Your Current Level would be 3, you would have 3 stamps and you would get 1+2+3=6 LP.
Thank you, that already makes things a lot clearer! The only remaining question is, that if for example I buy 6,000 csc I'd pay "only" $50. So the amount of csc would be 6,000 but the qualifier would be 50? And current level 5, not 6?
If I remember correctly, if you buy 6,000 CSC then your qualifying purchase would be $60 and you would be level 6 (even if you only spent $50). I think the loyalty calculations are based on CSC amount purchased, not dollars spent. It is a bit confusing.
Hopefully someone who purchases CSC more frequently than I do will see this and post to confirm.
That was very helpful already, thank you so much!
I bought $20 of CSC recently (2,100) and my reward card lists $21.00 for my qualifying purchases, so , you're right that it goes by the CSC you receive and not the purchase price c:
