The shop search is a reliable way to find out how much CSC is going for at the moment.

100 Credit Gift Cards are probably the most popular cards to buy making it 56,999sp/1csc at the moment. You can save a little bit by buying larger value cards. I mostly see people selling csc at 6,000,000sp/100csc in bulk when not selling cards.

And what about Morty Cards? They are worth about 1,500,000 sP, so they are approximately 25 CSC? Just wanted to make sure ^_^

yes, because morty cards give you 25 CSC over the course of 5 quests completed, the card itself is valued at 25 CSC.
