I've invited some friends to subeta that have really ended up enjoying the site so far, but several of them signed up forgetting to ask for a referral code. Is there any way for them to mark me as their referrer after having already signed up? My partner who joined late was also curious if deleting their account and remaking it would allow them to have the same username but use the referral code, but I think subeta accounts can only be disabled?

It's really a pain when sites don't have post-creation referral because I feel bad having to jump on my friends with 'no wait stop use my code first' every time ;w;'' so I hope this is a hidden feature somewhere

You're going to want to File a Ticket on this one. I don't know if they will allow it to be applied retroactively, or not, but worth asking? Creating a second account, even with the intent of discontinuing use on the first, could also be a freezable offense -- so make sure you send in a ticket!

I'm pretty sure even self-freezing/freezing holds the username for a year, so they'd have to wait for that regardless!

Thank you for the replies, I told them that probably wouldn't work but wasn't 100% on how the 'only one account' rule was enforced when it comes to deleted accounts. They're currently debating if it's worth filing a ticket for. I do wish post-creation there was a referrer option somewhere still, but alas.
