I remember this being brought up before but I don't remember the answer.

How can you get the profile section showing what wearables your avatar has equipped? Why/how do some profiles show this feature while others don't even have the option?

If you click the little pencil icon to edit the Human Avatar section on your profile, there's an option to show clothes or not. You have to manually enable it for your profile for them to show up c:
