hey there! i'm relatively new and i had a few questions !!

1. what item do you have to throw into the rift to get the Rift Comedian achievement? 2. when the heck does the BHH stock?? i've gone there at various times throughout the day and never seen anything! is it just completely random + other users clamoring to get items as well? same with the token shop, actually.
2. is the battle faq/guide on the site good? or is there another one i should use? i've been training a couple of my pets for battle but haven't really dipped my toes in yet.
3. is there a way to un-level pets besides zapping them? i'm trying to get a pet to a certain level but i'm afraid of overshooting it...

The token shop is something that is manually stocked, not doesn't automatically stock and there is a news post when items are put in there initially and for about (usually) 24 hours there are a couple "refresh" restocks like more of the same items are added. Now that is for normal restocks, there is also a special restock and those are called "Chaotic restocks" so a bunch of items are added and usually randomly inside (usually) 24 hours different items are added to the shop instead of more of the same. [Also there is a cooldown between purchases, if I remember correctly a 12 hour cooldown to be precise]

4. For level in particular there really isn't a way to lower it easily, there are some boosters that can lower level but there is a chance it'd increase it instead which is probably a higher chance of happening actually. There seems to be some that will lower level always but not practical either. *(information gotten from SL so not first hand experience) and may not be a complete list

Also note: it may be too frustrating at some point to keep level to a certain number,

like quite rare but there are random events that can increase level (not sure if it only affects active pet or it might affect any pet which would be selected randomly though Im pretty sure it can happen to any pet), active pet can have their level increased when completing an Oracle quest (which are obtained through REs) and if the pet has a job collecting income has a random chance to increase a stat which I think includes level, there are some other activities that can increase level of the active pet
