I have been trying out several different web browsers to see what ones worked the best.
Right now I am using Vivaldi..it works well; most sites I have been on work as intended. Pet sites I go to work as intended while on others it wouldn't. What I do not like is that some images, especially smaller ones look a bit washed out or blurry. Such as on this site or ones like Flight Rising while the same images look sharp in Firefox based browsers. Not too fond of how Vivaldi handles bookmarks and haven't figured out how to back up the bookmarks on it but over all works very nice.
Firefox..it works well; I am more accustomed to FF based browsers so I guess I am a bit biased. Overall it works nice but doesn't display all things as it should. An example -cuz I go there a lot- is GPX Plus. There should be a little animation when the egg hatches; in Vivaldi you get to see it but in FF you see an egg and the next second a pokemon. Not a biggie but it makes things more fun. It displays the shelter oddly, Go to the egg part and it is fine but click on the safari part and the square where the pokemon should be is empty and you have to click on "Show More" to see them. Go back to eggs and you have to do the same. Anyways..FF is a good backup.
Pale Moon is good too..though right now they have experienced some difficulties it is decent too
SeaMonkey..I want to like it but most of their add-ons don't work with the current version. Hopefully that gets fixed.
Commodo Dragon (the chromium based one)..it's..ok. It has a clunky feel to me and I uninstalled it minutes after installation.
Commodo Ice Dragon (FF based)..works well. If you are familiar with FF (FireFox) then this will be good. I am pretty sure you can use the FF addons from the Mozilla site (I think)
MyPal..this is a private project, from what I recall, to make a browser that was formulated to work with XP and up..it was good but it is no longer being updated/supported.
So..what do you guys use?

I've been using Opera GX (the version that's supposed to be optimized for gaming) for a while now and I've been really happy with it. I like the customizability of the appearance including dark mode and the home page shows me new/free/discounted/upcoming games I might be interested in. It has a handy but unobtrusive customizable sidebar with quick links to Twitch, Discord, various messengers of your choice that displays when you have messages or someone you follow is streaming, and a music player that I connected to my Spotify and use all the time. It has a built-in adblocker too of course and supposedly a VPN but I can't vouch for that as I've never really used it.
I used to use Firefox and Chrome and I liked things about each but always ran into some little issue with how certain things worked with Subeta or other sites, and sometimes my important add-ons would quit working. I haven't had any of those problems yet with Opera. I also found that back when I had a very slow laptop, Chrome and Firefox were too bulky to run well on it but Opera (not GX, just the basic version) worked fine.
I swear Opera did not pay me to make this post lol. I really liked Firefox but small things just kept it from being ideal for the way I use it.
As above, I've also been using Opera GX.
Before that I used Firefox, I don't have any qualms with it I just ended up liking opera GX better.
I avoid Chrome, and Edge like the plague.
Well, I tried several browsers so far, many have their good points too. Right now I go between Pale Moon, Brave and Vivaldi; Chromium based browsers are good but their graphic rendering of small images is poor, many being blurred, even photos looking a bit blurred. I tried Opera but I just did not like it at all. I tried a browser called Lunascape but it was such a pain in the neck to customize and it didn't even have the option to import html bookmarks or the json format bookmarks. I don't use Firefox much right now because it is bloated, slow and the the quality of some of the add-ons, especially themes, has really gone downhill. But Brave works well and is easier to customize than Vivaldi..just wish that if companies are abandoning projects that they should say so upfront on their website. I wonder what I should try next?

i was using chrome until i got a new laptop somewhat recently and decided to take the plunge and switch to firefox. there are things i do and don't like about it but i know chrome... isn't great. π i gotta say though, the coli on flight rising? looks TERRIBLE on firefox and i have no idea why
banner by mainly I use firefox but just recently got Opera GX and i'm lovin' it

Dervish: we made the switch to Firefox and compared to Chrome I prefer the amount of customization and the extensions available, the multi-account containers extension made it a lot easier for us with managing our individual accounts on most other websites
