Does anyone know how I can save the image as a png so I can upload on style-file? Sometimes it's saves as a png from the wardrobe and other times, it's a solid background and I can't figure it out ^^;

you can save it from your forum post! just right-click it and click on "save image as..." (or tap and hold from your phone)

I saved it, but it's not showing on my desktop with a transparent background. It has a solid white background behind it. I can't figure out how to make it transparent. Some of my HAs have a transparent background and others have a solid. I don't get it.

If I remove the halo, the background is transparent.

The halo cutout is a solid white background, if you remove it there will be no background item anymore so it's transparent, otherwise the item will show as normal You can use an editing program to make it transparent but I think it's against SF's rules
