Before Q&A, let me just say how glad I am to see all these beloved faces, and some new ones to add frosting to the already delicious confection! <3
What is the world of the Wayward Squirrel? It is a fantasy, a dream of fun and friendship, a place of warmth, light, and the triumph pf the spirit. Above all, it is an entertainment!
If it brightens your day, your world, your heart, even for just a while, I win, and, more importantly, you do too!
Now, I'll try to answer your questions here as best I can:
1.) There are no limits on team members. Add whoever you like, BUT a word of caution. Too many members can lead to confusion. If you have folks who can play a lot. but want to join in whenever they can, just add them as "reluctants." This seems to work well helping everyone cope with the pressures of real life.

No one has to perform any task; tasks are ALL optional. However, if your team wants points, participation is the only way to get some.

Play to your team strengths. Got a fashionista? The HA contests await the skill! RP lover? Plenty of that ahead! Puzzle solver. Got lots to do!

There are no classes any more, but bear in mind some attributes when you create you adventuring character. Every team needs a touch of magic, a good potion brewer, someone to wield that sonic screwdriver, someone who can pick a pocket of purloin a relic, someone to charm birds out of trees, and if that fails: a good butt-kicker! :D

Finally, I do have cardinal rules, three of them .in fact, none of them new: A) respect the world you're in. Don't remake it B) Don't write the NPCs without talking to me first. C) DO NOT GODPLAY!!!

Thanks for the heads up! If you're looking for a partner, I'm pretty good at making HAs and solving cypher puzzles, but not very good at logic puzzles.
