Survival Strains issues - still debugging

Hello, everyone!
We're still getting a bead on the issue with the new virus strains. Keith is continuing to work on it, but we want to make sure we get the root cause solved. While it seems to be related to the newest skins, this problem was not showing itself when Amber triple-checked before starting Survival (it's a tricky one). We need to figure out how to get the entire VIP program working, rather than have more frustration and more bugs if we let Gunner open his doors again with just some of the strains and the issue, er, progresses to them as well.
Once we have the info on what and why went wrong, we'll be making a news post with next steps. We'll also then have more details on extension. Thank you!

I really appreciate the update. Small stuff like this goes a long way to helping users be able to know for sure that problems are being worked on and they're not missing updates being posted offsite.

Really appreciate this update. I was getting a little annoyed that staff didn't even seem to be considering opening the VIP for the old viruses. The explanation eases that resentment and I can wait with a little more patience.

Ty on the update also. Went ahead and drank a vial as I was already planning on doing so at the start. Bought a second incase something goes wrong as I don't know if the issue or the fix might effect progress/it being unlocked.
