I am thinking I might like to do a monthly subscription, but when I go to sign up it does not give me any information about the cancellation policy, billing dates, ot whether it automatically takes the money every month...

Can someone point me to where I can find these things out?

The money comes out automatically each month on the same day that you signed up (and roughly the same time of day iirc. I'm not currently subscribed but I was for a time). You can cancel by going to the same page and clicking a button, but you'll keep your benefits (like the GA and presumably access to the new battle challenger if applicable) until your active subscription runs out

So it easy to cancel a subscription? I have never subscribed to Subeta before but I am thinking of doing so now, but I am worried about funds being taken out continually if i do cancel .

yes, it's easy to cancel. you just go back to the subscription page and the subscribe button will be replaced with a cancel button. you'll know the cancellation went through successfully as the header of your previously active subscription tier will be red instead of green and it will say "CANCELLED: your plan will end on (date)".

You should also note that there isn't an easy way to switch plans. You would have to cancel a plan and then subscribe to a new one.

I have gotten most of the answers I needed from other users here, but it seems like they should put the terms on the page where you subscribe. It would make it easier!

You could suggest that staff add a FAQ to the subscribe page in the Suggestions forum
