Not to be all "Teacher, you forgot to collect the homework", but I do remember the news post about it kicking in in 2022, but I don't remember when it's supposed to start.

It doesn't seem like it's being enforced (I tried saving an additional outfit and the counter on the outfits page didn't change, though I didn't wait in case it was a cache delay issue) but the news post does say it was supposed to start being enforced on January 1st
