i'm interested in changing my subscription from keeper to quester because i would like the new item. i was hoping to just upgrade it but i couldn't find the option, so i cancelled it thinking i could then just purchase the quester tier.

will it reset itself or something? did i miss out on the item and will i have to buy it with sP?

I don't think there's an option to upgrade or downgrade at the moment, and you can't get a new subscription right after cancelling, you have to wait for it to expire first, so I think that means you probably will miss the items. When I first got a subscription, I didn't want to wait too long for the item after it was released, so I cancelled it, but then I had to wait for it to run out before I bought a new one closer to the time that they released the items, so I missed out on one of them. They did bring back the items to buy with CSC during Black Friday last year, though, so hopefully they'll do it again this year.
