so much going on. been trying to color to ease my mind..only tv I got is free stuff but seen almost all of it.. (pluto tv,tubi,roku,). I lost 6 animals last year 2 dogs(due to out of control 8 year old niece) 1 bird,and 3 cats. I try and stay clear of the 8 year old. she is (in my opinion) nuts. screams kicks,hits tells lies her mom won't due nothing except say she is little. SO I have 2 dogs buried in the yard cause of her stupid crap. truthfully I wish they her and her mom would just stay away. It's a subject that I would rather not get into cause I know it's not going to change anything.

Now I got $400 demand notice in the mail.from a crook. threatening foreclosure if not paid.the monthly payment is not 400 or even 300.there going against the contract.which is nothing new.can't find a lawyer to touch them just get told that's the biggest crook in the county. then I got my so called sister and her husband demanding I sign over half the property to them. (there nothing but users where there living at now they live off his family for free)

so I got a loan shark down my throat. no clue how im going to come up with $400 by there deadline. then I got my pushy,mouthy,hateful sister trying bully me into giving her half the property. There not wanting to buy it there wanting it free.my mom already let them store there crappy junk on it. there not offering to help pay anything for there crap being here.(yes this same bunch that has the kid that reason I have 2 dead dogs)

so yes im stressed. no transportation other than a medical transit service that takes me to medical appointments. non medical costs. Like dollar general would be $5 and anything over 1 hour is another $5 but if you go to Walmart cause it's outside of town it's $25 and no you don't get the vehicle to your self. there are other passengers in it. so I try and avoid buying frozen things such as ice cream so it doesn't melt. also the vehicle does not wait on you it leaves and you call for a ride home.sat once for a hour and waited for a ride home.

My so called sister admitted she ran everyone off..so ya I have no friends no nothing. the neighbor even stopped talking to me cause sisters bunch said something to them..so I called the neighbor and said merry Christmas they acted stunned.. they even fixed a plate and sent it over for me.. did not tell my sister cause she would go nuts.

so you see why im stressed? so much going on.. I honestly woke up at 4 am one day and started crying. (this was after the death of my 2 dogs.)

so far this month ive finished 3 coloring pages.

I just feel down..depressed.

update 1/16/ turns out the $400 is extra does not include the already made house payment. sister showed popping her mouth asking if I paid it yet. Then said "I guess where all (blank)." Trying to keep it clean on here. she is not offering to help pay nothing. they could sell one of these junk rigs thats been here forever that there never going to do anything with but no.. they like to collect junk.

Do NOT sign any part of the home to them. I feel like once they have any part they'll try Shady shit like claiming they can sell their part or just move in and try to force you to do their wishes or else kick you out. If they have some place to stay leave them there. If they adamantly want "their" half tell them to hire the lawyer you guys will need to fend off the deep collection letters and whatever else has popped up over the years that you've almost lost it over.

I'm not sure why your niece is acting so rotten, but from the description of your sis and her husband using people up it makes sense. I'm sorry your pets had to suffer for it.

Roughly how much longer do you have to finish paying this property off? And are those payments documented into your name? Did you keep a copy of any and all letters and bills regarding the place, plus whatever paperwork was put in for you to be in charge? Because if your sis does go to hire someone and all the papers are in your name it'll make it THAT much harder for them to go after it. I know this because my sisters name was on all our moms cars and I couldn't claim a single one when mom died. So they all went to my sis where they got destroyed in one way or another. Her house was held by the bank (only owed 30kish at her death) so neither me or my sis could do squat on that. No matter how blood related you can be to others it comes down to the papers. If there's no proper contract with your name alone on it the other person (sounds like maybe your mom) can TRY but would still ultimately need your final approval in person to alter who is or isn't on things. So ultimately I feel confident on you mostly being able to maintain having the home.

As for food. Is there any delivery services available to your location? I feel if you'd have to pay anyhow may as well have it sent directly to the place. I also Halfway understand not buying frozen foods. I have a mostly functional fridge/freezer. But I can't have anything in the freezer part for more than a couple weeks before it begins to get freezer burned. Even ice cream develops those icky big ice crystal things. But if I lower it then the fridge part warms up. Because rather than having independent dials its a shared one function type.

And also fuck your sister for keeping people from you. Hopefully you can talk to the neighbor a bit more soon and figure out what she's up to. Doesn't sound good at all.

my sisters name is not on anything and never was. I know her bunch is dirty and what there capable of. they like to tell people how to get places condemned and how to put leans on things. my niece has never been disciplined and never will be. she screams she wants she wants she gets she gets.

the place has mortgage on it.the person it's through will not give a payment history. Lawyers have even said the man is a crook but no one wants to go against him. there are payment recipients that have been put up.the contract states the payment is monthly and how much it is then he started raising it to $300 now $400. but because of who he is and he does not report to the credit bureau im kinda in limbo.state rep won't even step in there reply was "I stay out of small town politics".

no one in my area delivers food.it's a small town.IM even outside the driving distance for my pharmacy so have to pay $5 to pick up meds.

my birthdays my sister would always pile her friends in..I never had friends.now I know why.now I know why when I sat down at lunch in high school th boy by me popped off at me "oh no" when I never seen him before. cause my sister was spreading tales like wild fire. do you know what it's like to grow up never being invited to sleep overs or celebrating your birthday with people you don't know? (my sisters friends so it was more of a day for my sister than me)

sister found out about the demand letter..she popped off why wasn't she told. I did not reply. haven't heard from her since no telling what there plotting. She has already stole stuff off the yard.(picks stuff up pops her mouth sticks it in her rig drives off).Things like rakes,shovels,old crates,tools,a lawnmower(yes they stole a riding mower in the middle of the night). Yes I have a piece of dung for a sister. Yes there has been a restraining order on them in the past (it was hard to get the judge kept bringing up stuff up about family this family that).

bottom line I don't trust her(my sister) no she will not pay anything. If she can't steal it or take it or force it off you.. you are of no use to her.

Hi! I was just curious if the numbers in your name are your actual US zip code? If so then we're sort of close to each other. (I'm in PA). At least you realize what the situation is and know enough not to sign anything over to anyone, so that's good. I'm so very sorry for your situation and everything that you've had to go through, and still are going through. I wish that there were something that I could do to help. I'm an only child, and all I ever wanted most of my life was a brother or a sister. However, after hearing stories such as yours, I sometimes wonder if it might not be for the better not to have them...

Don't you even have a pizza place or something in the area to get food from? 

On the pets issue, I understand. I don't know if you've noticed the terrier/terrier queen items on the site, but those are my old custom items. At one point I had six terrier mixes, plus my mother's next door, so seven total. (A number of my pets on here are/were my real life pets). However, I now have just ONE left (Pooh Bear) at present. Plus my albino frog that I had had for seven or eight years became egg bound and passed on as well. So all I have left now is one nine year old red slider turtle that I won at a carnival when it was small enough to fit in a little clear plastic salad dressing cup (I can't even get my hand completely around it to pick it up correctly now) and the Pomeranian/MinPin/terrier mix (that actually looks like a pointy-eared beagle XD). Oh! And an inadvertently patriotic betta fish (it ended up being red, white, and blue! XD). Plus I recently got a little bio tank with two tiny frogs in it (Eddie and Little Nell :) ). The dogs that did passing so close together was pretty bad. Little One got an aggressive female cancer, Widget went blind and then passed a bit later (he was seventeen or eighteen, though), no one knows what had happened with the youngest of the pack, Oreo. She just got sick one Friday evening; I was going to call the emergency vet the first thing the next morning, but she passed at 3AM. And my mother's, Precious, who had been one of the pups of two of my dogs about twelve years ago also passed. (Kizzy and my own special personal dog, Sunshine, had already passed before; she had had a strangulated hernia and her surgery had, unfortunately, failed). So I do know how you feel and am deeply empathetic. 

I am hoping to maybe look at some puppies this Spring, around my birthday (April 8th), perhaps. What breed(s) were yours?

Oh my! DEFINITELY steer clear of that child! You just never know what they might do, even at that age! (We had one similar to that in my family; he didn't really straighten out completely until he was in his THIRTIES!). So sorry that she somehow had something to do with the untimely passing of your pups. And nothing can even really be done at that age, other than sending her to a child psychologist, which I'm betting that her mother isn't willing to do.

About your financial situation, have you considered/tried setting up a Go Fund Me page? I know some people who have had a fairly good amount of success with those, especially with smaller amounts such as yours would be. Good luck if you do decide to try it. :)

I'm baa-aack! XD Eeeps! It's past 4:30 AM! WHY am I AWAKE?!? XD Anyway, you don't even have a Domino's or a Pizza Hut or something? Here we all go in together and save up our pizza place(s) points. Then, when we have enough for a free pizza or something, we sometimes order it/them from the shops wherever they are located and send them to other people.

Oh, I know EXACTLY what you're talking about there, too! Here we're pretty small, so we have only ONE taxi company, and it has only THREE actual cabs, I believe. So, if you call a cab, it might be fifteen or twenty miles away and you just have to WAIT! Plus, if you're not right exactly where you're supposed to be the very split second that they pull up, they actually just LEAVE! So you have to re call the cab company and start the waiting procedure all over again! Plus they just recently came up with a new one that you can only have ONE shopping cart full! That one was a REAL pain in the mistletoe around Christmas! Eh, my ice cream almost always melts; I'm pretty well used to it. XD doesn't really like ice cream anyway, usually just buys it for birthdays/guests

Are your sister and you close in age? (Just curious if one of you was significantly older or younger than the other). Are there any other siblings that could maybe intervene and act as intermediaries between the two of you somehow? Or are the two of you all that there are and you're pretty much stuck? Does your sister have other children, or just the one girl? Oh, do you have any children yourself? (Nosy little such and such, aren't I? XD)

This is just a genuine point of idle curiosity; when is your birthday? If I had known about your situation last month I could have maybe at least sent you a nice Christmas card or something. (I used to send them out to a LOT of people on here; I hope to do so again this upcoming Christmas (and also Halloween; I send out "goodie/treat cards" for that, and possibly Christmas in July as well! is hoping to make 2022 exceptional as she had been slacking off a bit in '20 and '21 for a variety of reasons :) )

You don't even have an old DVD player or anything like that? *still has an old VCR and an old videodisc player here" XD And an ATARI!!!! XD XD XD Seriously, though, what about videogames? Honestly, though, I also do jigsaw puzzles and crossword puzzles, etc. I donate them (the jigsaw puzzles) to a local church's books and clothing giveaway after I finish putting them together. Those and, surprisingly, old VCR tapes are the first things to go every time. I also donate crossword puzzle books to a different church that has a free food pantry. I donate the books and sometimes some new slipper socks/hats/scarves/gloves/mittens when I take up a box or two of food. We have all kinds of free stuff/assistance available for those who need it here.

no didn't know it was even a zip.. my dogs where Boston terriers not even 3 years old one full blooded. the full blooded was the mother she was red and white.took me years to find a Boston.. no all that stuff(pizza places) is outside of town same as walmart it's all in another town over 20 minutes from hear. we don't even have taxi's.the transit is for medical patients.unless you pay cash.but not a actual taxi.everything must be set prior to the date of the trip.medical appointments must be scheduled 3 days prior to the appointment unless the appointment is out of town then need a 1 year permission slip cause of the mileage or your trip will not be approved. to do this the doctor has to fill out a medical necessity form then fax it to the scheduling place (the insurance company) then wait to hear if your approved or denied so must do this more than 3 days prior to the appointment.good thing the paper is good for a year. for non medical rides best to schedule a week in advance to get a ride.

my sister is older.just me and her.she has a step son.no I don't have kids.

have a vcr/dvd player but nothing to put in it.no I don't own any video game devices.all my money goes for necessitates. electric,mortgage,phone/internet,pharmacy bill,co pays,household essentials such as personal care items,paper towels,laundry detergent,dryer sheets,dish soap,ect..

my coloring stuff I get with gift cards.I use things like cash back apps to earn gift cards.

this town has only 1 dollar tree,1 grocery store,2 dollar generals,1 restaurant,ect.. nothing is within walking distance.plus in this area its best not to walk to and from. it's a small town I try and stay out of certain areas..they are areas you would drive through with doors locked. With transit you have to go where they go and and all you can do is watch your stuff to make sure it's not stolen. they did have a incident where a guy was bugging women that was riding. I do not know what was done about it.I can say this not all the drivers are nice..one smokes and the vehicle reeks of it..Makes me sick to my stomach.specially after I had surgery..he was my ride home there not supposed to smoke in the vehicles but they do as they please and reported him.he still reeks of smoke so do the rigs he drives.luckily he doesn't drive everyday just few times a week.

Hey my sis just told me about this. Does Amazon deliver to your house? Do you get ebt food stamps? If so my sis just learned of some foods that can be ordered and sent right to an address. She ordered a snack food box to test the waters and it worked wonderfully! I remember you saying a trip to the shops costs you extra each trip. Now granted this idea is too try to help you reduce needing the extra rides, hopefully saving you $$$ overall. I'm not sure if they offer more than canned/dry good foods, but even if it helps reduce the times you have to leave just to grocery shop and maybe offers more budget for other things I just hope this idea can work for you.

yes I can order from amazon website.yes I get food stamps but its less than $30(people with kids are getting a lot more). if your talking about amazon themselves delivering stuff no thats not around here we dont even have a ups drop box in my town any more.

at the moment my main concern is trying to pay bills and keep food in the house. luckily my remaining bird has food to last through February. At the moment im trying to sell stuff to help cover expenses. I don't buy sweets,soda,cake, mostly what I buy is canned chicken dumplings,tea(i don't drink coffee),milk,hamburger meat(I buy this once every few months),sometimes canned chicken/tuna,mac and cheese,ect..

I do get a bag of stuff once a month from a church that's for people with low incomes it consts of : canned vegetables such as peas and corn then there is a box of cereal no milk,once in a while meat sometimes canned tuna or canned pork or something frozen.

I have health conditions which mean I have to watch what I eat and somethings like citric foods I have to cut out or limit.
