So I am looking through my wishlist at my challenger loot items to see who drops them because I want to know which challengers I need to beat but I came across this one . It says its challenger loot but subetalodge has it listed as a luminaire plot prize. Can anyone tell me who drops it?

That was from one of the Luminaire Battle Plot who culminated in the Unstable Snow Fairy being the final boss, so it's not possible to be gotten at the moment

It does get suggested very frequently on the thread of which items to bring back, so hopefully it will be obtainable again at some point in some way. But yeah right now it's not available anywhere.
