Hi! So when I initially made my welcome post, I mentioned about setting up some kind of art thread, but now that I'm getting around to doing it, I'm a little confused..

So the style of thread I want to do is a sketchbook/portfolio type of thread where I can upload my art and take requests if people have any. I have created several pixel art pieces based on cat meme images that I'd like to share but I'm not certain if which forum topic to place it under? Is there any rules against the types of images that can be uploaded (like not allowed too many in once post, size requirements, etc)?

I know I also read somewhere about threads not being allowed to bump, if I post a new image and a few days later nobody posts in the thread, and then I make a new post with new artwork, does that constitute as bumping?

I apologize for all my newb questions, any answers are appreciated!!

If you are not charging for the requests you can post here Art Freebies Subforum. You can edit your post to include more pictures, but you yourself cannot double post anyways. So if you were the last reply you would have to edit it. If you mean making a new thread all together, depending on how often you do it then it may get flagged as potential spam.

Here is what is posted in the Art Rules sticky in regards to the too many image part of your question:

Do NOT post images or URLs that exceed the current limit of 325 pixels in height or 450 pixels in width. Animations must be no larger than 5MB. Any content found to be in violation of this rule will be cleared or edited by a member of staff.

If you wish to post a large image or URL which exceeds these limits, you must link to it using sCode.

Images should have no content higher than a PG-13 rating, or otherwise break the Subeta Terms and Conditions in any way. No detailed nudity, but mild gore is allowed. Images with violent or gore content should be linked to with a warning provided.
