Hey guys, I just started playing Subeta for the first time 4 days ago, and while I was playing today I noticed that all of a sudden I had a Gold Account. I have a medal that came with my account when I first created it, but haven't claimed it yet. Does this mean someone gifted it to me? If so, is there anyway to know who did it? I didn't get any notification but wanted to thank whoever was kind enough to do this lol Also, I noticed that you get a trophy when you have a Gold Account but I didn't get one yet, is there anyway to claim it?

It may have been a Buddy GA someone gifted you, but I'm not sure you can find out who did.

It must be a new feature then. It's a 1 Week medal, just to be more specific, and I thought it was super neat too since it's a nice way for new players to have a free trial of the exclusive perks. I was keeping mine to use when I have more experience with the website so that I know what I'm doing with it, but now that someone gifted me I am just going to wait for my current GA to expire before I claim it haha

It was most likely a user given Buddy Account. When I've received them in the past, I've gotten an event for it telling me who gifted me. As for why you didn't get an event, either you deleted it by accident along with other events, or it's possible its currently glitched.

If you deleted it accidentally, there's no way for you to retrieve the information.

You could submit a ticket (I would), and ask. Let them know that you believe you did not receive an event for it. If its a glitch they should be told because its not something that might be noticed right away. If it wasn't a glitch, they should still be able to retrieve the info for you.
