I hit my 10 years (yay!) a week ago, but I'm still not getting a loyalty box when I visit my user dashboard. I seem to remember this being an issue for me in the past because I was missing a step...or something. User error. What am I doing wrong?

ETA: The achievement was triggered, but there's not a box.

The loyalty box is a prize tied to the achievement. If you got the achievement but not the achievement prize (loyalty box) then you'll need to file a ticket
