So I'm a fairly long time Subeta player who's taken several hiatuses and have some stuff sitting around in my vault. One such this is a Forum Giftbox. I took it out to see what it was and if I could open it but it doesn't have that option. Am I missing something? Are they unopenable now?

According to SubetaLodge, it should have a "use" option, which should give a random item. Does it give that option? It can't be sold or traded though.

iirc the last time we had forum giftboxes, there was a limited pool of items available and additional boxes were just stuck unable to be opened when it ran out (or when it ran empty/before it was refilled) so there might not be a pool available for it to open from

I would try filing a ticket and see if there's a way to switch it out for you or if they might have more information

You might want to hold onto it until the next time the free shop opens up - I believe it pulls from that pool (which is manually stocked by staff around once a year).
