Pets disappearing

This is kinda a weird problem...but the first four of my pets keep disappearing off of my profile.
Sometimes they're there, and sometimes they're not there. I thought it was my coding, but I took the coding out and put it back in and it didn't make a difference (whether they were there or not).
This is in the pet section of the profile. I had to switch to that since the pet shortcut links are not currently working.
[edit] I should add - these pets don't even show up in the source coding (so it's not like they're there but my coding is hiding it somehow). pet_0 is my fifth pet.
[edit] More info: I've found that if I put Exhale (3457789) first, then all of the pets show up. The same is true with Heidy (1367424), Patricia (5895150), and Carnations (5965443) in the first position. I assume the same would hold true with the other 75 pets, but I haven't checked them.
But as soon as I put Catricia (991230) first, the first four pets disappear.
All of the pets that were tried have legacy names.
So why is this one pet throwing everything out of kilter?
[Edit] More experimentation has revealed:
- When sorted by pet ID, the first four pets disappear (Lavish, Come, Fryllie, and Braids).
- When sorted by pet name, the first four pets disappear (Angela, Arco Iris, Auburn, Avis).
- The order that I was previously using was saved as custom. Sure enough, when I sort by custom, the first four pets (Catricia, Heidy, Patricia, Carnations) disappear.
- I experimented by saving the "sort by pet name" as my custom and then reorganized my pets to my preference, mostly the same as it was before - this time without saving it as custom. And the first four pets disappeared again.
- As a last ditch effort, I put all of them in reverse-alphabetical order, and for some reason, this time, the first four pets show up just fine!
- Saved this order as custom, sorted by custom - still fine.
So I dunno what's going on.
[edit] Fun fact: once I adopted another pet, the first four pets disappeared again (this time Wing, Willa, Who, and Wayward Son). But sorting by pet name made them come back, so...
I have a similar issue. Out of my 22 pets only 15 are showing on my profile D=
this is still an issue for me, any chance you know a way to solve it? D=
I am not quite sure what the issue is? I see 22 pets on your profile.

well this is awkard...I swear they were not showing until a minute ago o_O

No worries! It may be a cache error or it may just be something that was recently fixed. Looks like all of Written's pets are there too even with the "problem" pet first!
Can you see this is resolved on your end as well?

Ok so this is weird, I went and checked again and this is what I see, even if when you pinged me I could see all of my pets... Maybe it's a problem on my end, I don't know D=

EDIT: so apparently it comes and goes, sometime they show up sometimes they don't , weird... Oh well, I don't know if anything can be done since it's random shrugs
I am not showing all of my pets there - the first pet I see is Exhale.

Ok now I see that Lia is missing some. I will of course report this and let you know what I hear back.
[edit] Just so I don't post thrice in a row, I am going to edit this one.
One of the UAs said that they have gotten tickets about this issue. They said if you delete your profile coding (and that section) and then add it back, it should resolve the issue. Make sure that you have a backup of the code BEFORE you delete it so that you can restore it. If the pets don't disappear after you delete things, then it starts again when you add the coding back then it is something with your coding.

I have no coding on my profile and I tried removing that section and adding it again, it didn't work =/
I will let them know! I knew you had no coding but was hoping the delete would work D:

When it first started happening, I deleted the coding, but I didn't see any difference.
I actually just tried it again right now. Before deleting the coding, all my pets were there. When I updated after deleting the coding, the first four disappeared again.
Though to be honest, I'd rather the shorthand code by fixed so that I can create my own list. So if this is a complicated problem, please put it at the bottom of the list! (Or at least after that one.) :)
I'm dredging up this topic because I'm having the same issue. I have 29 pets but only 22 are showing on my profile.
ETA: This happened right after I adopted a new pet. It's the first 7 pets that are missing.
I'm having this problem too. Can only see the last 5 of my pets, I tried testing it after removing all my coding and it still happened. I have to constantly delete the section, refresh, add it back and change how many pets are shown per row and then I can see them again. But even that is temporary. I don't think this started happening until I got more pet slots and got another 2 pets. I have yet to find a fix that actually lasts. This is also something I'm seeing both on pc (windows 10) and mobile (android)
update: it seems like ordering them alphabetically and then arranging them how i'd wanted afterwards fixed the issue. really strange that this happened though?
