this 2nd grader told me today he has 200 followers on tiktok and another another one had more and wanted more followers than her mom

like maybe DARE scared me into being terrified of the internet but dang even the neoboards wasnt safe for kids on the internet and tiktok is even more of a hellhole idk im not on tiktok but i cant help but think of the children 😭😭

no, thats rly scary... today i just read some article about how people on there are getting """investigated""" by the tik tok community and are like, harassed and basically get doxxed all because "their body language was super sus" in a video. like.?? idk i dnt think little kids need to be involved in that. actually i think they should be actively kept away from it. lol :(

no i'm a teacher, it's terrifying the hold tiktok has on kids so young.

my fav thing is how many parents get weirdly angry and defensive when im like "hey u know theres prob at least one weird creep getting off on ur kid rite"
