This morning I woke up and discovered most of my breakfast foods in my apartment had already been eaten but I had a strawberry Greek yogurt left so I had that. I just want to know what you guys normally eat for breakfast today or on a normal day since I am so bad at stocking my cabinets/fridge and eating breakfast items.

I have miso soup almost every day for breakfast. I just pick up a tub of miso paste at the local Asian market and I'm set for breakfast for weeks. It's really tasty and easy to make, I just stir a few spoonfulls into some hot water and add in a small piece of konbu seaweed. It's especially good if you like tofu and add in some small cubes of that.
Today I had a pain au raisin and a mocha. Normally I have a Greek yogurt and tea at work, sometimes iced matcha. On weekends I like brunch foods like eggs and bacon at home, or coffee and pastries if I’m out. I usually have oatmeal if it’s a weekday off from work.

I ate honey Greek yogurt and fresh mango. I didn't feel like eating anything heavier than that after eating a big meal at Thanksgiving. I am not great about eating breakfast after I wake up. I usually end up eating some kind of breakfast food in the late morning or for lunch. Coffee is a must; I'll drink that almost any time.

Some mango-flavored oat-based yogurt alternative, a dry bagel, grapes and a cup of coffee with homemade chocolate truffles.
Can't sleep, pendulums will get me.
my roommate made too many pancakes so i ended up having a few : )
I had some cereal with marshmallows :o and a cup of coffee ha ha
Had half a bagel with cream cheese and salmon. mmmm! Perfect holiday treat!
Mini pancakes that you can put in the toaster with raspberry syrup.
I eat odd things generally... This morning it was eggs, toast, cheese, and black beans (I am pretty much a vegetarian).
My daughters left over taco from dinner last night. Lol

Pizza rolls! Not the healthiest of foods but hey, better than nothing, right?
Testing...testing.... Is this thing on??
I usually skip breakfast if I work that day--anxiety takes my appetite and throws it out the window with maximum force.
But since I've been off I usually only eat left overs. Either my kid's left over fruit, oats or eggs or last nights dinner. Tonight it was left over chicken and shirataki noodles

Nothing yet, but I plan to have Dunkin Donuts. I’m thinking an egg and cheese croissant and a boston cream donut.
