So, I was wondering if there's any way to retrieve information about my old accounts. I've had 2 accounts in the past and I really don't know how to get them back. Is there a way to do it? Thanks!

Edit: also, is there a way to search topics in the forums? I've just saw how to search usernames and/or pet names, but I didn't manage to find a place to search topics! Thanks!

Go to Contact Subeta. You can email support if you don't think sending a ticket would help.

One it depends HOW old the accounts are. If its from before they saved most of the account and only let names be taken they'll be gone forever. If its after that change and the old usernames were taken then they'll have numbers behind it, there could be several if it was a popular name and taken several times over the years from others who had it going inactive.

Also we are only allowed 1 account so usually its your first account you'll get to keep and the others become permanently disabled. So you'll also have to determine if its worth all of that or to just forget them and work with this current one you have. But ultimately I'd research the best you can to place your old accounts and then file a ticket with staff for further help.
