Every time I try to use the account search function, it doesn't work. It looks like this. Has been going on a couple of weeks now I think. Anyone else having this problem? It looks the same in Chrome and Firefox. Please help, thanks!

I am not having any particular issues with account search. I was just able to search several things no problem.

and I don't understand at all why all the sudden I am still having a problem! And just now I went to accept a pet my friend was transferring to me, and got a Fatal Error that looks a lot like the other one. REALLY frustrating to say the least. I don't know what to do. Sigh

I hope a programmer can look into it for you soon :( That sounds incredibly frustrating!

I haven't experienced the account search issue however the pet transfer error I did experience. Kinda made my heart pause cuz I was like on my phone and getting a pet and I accept it and all I get is a page full of errors I panicked cuz I thought the pet disappeared but it was fine afterward, I think the error was just in displaying the acceptance page or whatever the redirect is afterward.

I did the same thing! Then I went to my pet page and it was there. Whew! I was so relieved.

Ah! That happen to me recently as well, when I adopted

I got an error, but I checked my pts and everything was good. :)

I managed to use the Account Search this morning. I'm using Opera Browser if that helps you find a way to get around the error.
