Welcome back to Subeta! The world is always changing, and a pet site like Subeta is no exception. Here are some links to updates, current events, or reminders for returning and existing players that we think may help you out.

First off, please check out our community guidelines and refresh yourself on site rules.

Make sure you're logged into New Subeta to use the Wardrobe and read the forums as well as set new features like user icon borders. If your HA is blank, or not otherwise working with the newest version of the Wardrobe, please post here to have it reset.

There is an FAQ! If, however, it does not cover or answer a question you have, please see the rest of this guide.

Then definitely check your User Dashboard to collect any loyalty boxes you have earned. You can use them to select one option like get a gold account, get an extra pet slot, change your pet color, or choose another exciting option!

All of your currencies across the site, and where they can be used, can be accessed here. This includes quest points (don't forget to check the seasonal section of that shop!)

What dailies are there? Check out Subeta's Dailies Page. The Bath House in particular rewards for successful streaks of remembering to visit.

Cults have been changed to forum groups! You can look at the list of ping/forum groups here.

Have a question about the game that isn't rule related? Ask away at the Help & Questions forum

Have a question about a site rule, a matter that requires reimbursement, a concern about a user interaction, or a report of an exploitable bug that shouldn't be posted publicly? Then you need to file a site ticket.

Subeta has its own Discord! While the Discord is monitored and administrated by Subeta staff and content or questions may be discussed by Subeta staff there, please use the forums or ticket system first for reporting issues.
