How do I find who made a CW item?

I missed the boat on buying and wanna message whoever made them to see if there's any possible chance there's a spare copy I could buy.

If you go there and put the name of the item in, it will give you the info you need, like who made it and who sells. :) Also sometimes the status of items are put in the extra notes section.
So in general you'll go Cash Ship> Custome Wearables> Browse Shops> Search Function
Now USIALLY it tells you who made it and how many copies exist on site. However this item im having a hard time locating at all. No matter how I search the name.
FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.
Found it! It was released by and there's 20 copies on site 18 being public.
