Why can't I leash all of my pets?

So I currently have 7 pets but only 5 of them are appearing on my leash page. My riftborn Kumos and angelic Wyllop do not seem to be available to be leashed.
I thought maybe buying a leash item from the pet store would increase my ability to leash more pets but apparently not lol.
Is there something that has to be done in order for me to leash all of my pets?

If you adopted those pets from another user, there was a bug that prevented them from being leashed. You may need to file a ticket to have them fixed manually Transferred pets do not show up in leash list.
I do believe I adopted them from the Adopt R Us, but I also adopted some of my leashable pets from there. I will send in a ticket though, thanks.
