is it possible to do quest on there yet? or not i havent been on there in awhile to see what you can all do

So far, New Subeta is mainly for editing your cosmetics (wardrobe, avatar icon border), and some CSC-related stuff (CW shops, subscription plan management). As far as I know, nothing else is really accessible from there yet. So no, no questing :) You can check it out easily just by going to your wardrobe and then clicking on the navigation menus at the top of the page.
