I went to the pharmacy for my mum and I got a little box of watermelon shaped/flavoured sour patch kids for 2 bucks or so. I didn’t even know they made these but they’re really yum, idk if liking melon candies is unpopular but I happen to! :-P

So what candies do you all like. My other favourites are gummy sharks and peanut butter cups

matt got me hooked on the lil watermelons, they're so so good! they taste like watermelon jolly ranchers, but gummy! he always keeps some in his car for us to snack on haha

I love me some kitkats, mainly white chocolate kitkats. Also, Reeses Cups, gummy worms and gummy octopi, and the famous strawberry bonbons that everyone calls grandma candy

sour punch! any flavor is good but green apple and blue raspberry are my faves

I like fruity stuff and sour chewies but my go to is the cookies and cream chocolate bars and whoppers and milk duds

Sour Patch Kids are vegan?? 😳 I’m going to look at the back of the box I got again (I still have candies to eat hehe) but iirc, even if they don’t contain gelatin, the processes some ingredients may be derived from aren’t always ethical.

But then again, you know far more about this than I do!

eta: peanut butter cups are so good... they're also a type of candy that imo is actually worth buying or making a Fancy version of with better chocolate and peanut butter - I like reese's but the taste is "sugar" before anything else.

I also like candied fruits! trader joe's has dried sweetened orange slices that feel delightfully fancy.

yes, they're vegan! some of the special ones (like with filling) aren't, but most of the standard flavors are :)
