I received an Alchemy Token: Plushie and was trying to figure out how to use it. The wiki lead me to the alcove/alchemist but I'm not a zombie and can't get in. Fairly new to the site and I'm struggling to find info on gaining access.

You can get zombie skins only during Survival event, which will be sometimes in next February. Until then, you have to wait or ask someone with access to make the items for you.
