I set up a shop and I am selling extras or items I do not need including some wearables that we are supposed to be able to price for CSC instead of sP. I know which ones they are because they don't work with the autopricer, but I do not see any option or ability to sell them for CSC. Can someone please tell me how you price them for CSC please?

You can only price custom wearables (CWs) in CSC, user-submitted items that have a gold or teal star above the item image like

The autopricer only prices items up to 5,000,000 sP or up to the maximum 100,000,000 if you use the super autopricer that costs 100 CSC to run. If items aren't currently available in user shops, then they wouldn't be priced by either version of the autopricer.
