Subeta is 3 hours ahead from where I am. It says its 12:30 am on the sites clock, where it's 9:30 pm where I am. I tried using the human zapper because it's technically tomorrow and it says it still needs to charge still. Why is this? Do I just have to wait on my time as well? : Thought it'd be like how the quests reset.
