I just reached my 13 years on Subeta (yay!) and thought I would get a loyalty reward thing like I have in previous years. Is that something that is still done or am I out of my gourd?

Yep - go visit your dashboard to claim the rewards! :) It can also be accessed via Personal -> Dashboard
