I was searching for itens to collect on wikia and really liked the Melody's Cottage ones from past years. It is possible that these itens could appear at Antique Shop? Should I check every day, week, or something like that?

No, generally Melody's Cottage items will not appear in the Antique shop, that shop is basically reserved for old items from old plots.

Instead, they'll often get rereleased via the Free Shop whenever that opens (we had it a month or so ago recently)

Is there a specific you want? Most of them are pretty affordable in user shops
