Has her rarity gone down over the years? I've never caught her, I also only did the events briefly every few years. Just got back from a five-ish(?) year break. Also, why is a Jaxon Snowflaik wearable listed on SubetaLodge.us and not available in any shops? Is this a joke item?

[-Winks] The Jaxon Snowflaik item on Subetalodge is a staff item, so it's not available to regular players. I think it may be for Jaxon's NPC avatar as a little companion to go with it.

As for the Snowflaik minion, I don't think it's usually super rare. But like the other special minions, I think it's usually able to be found mostly in a specific section of the patch every year. Also equipping the minion nip item to your HA will give you a slightly higher chance of finding a minion in the patch if you're trying specifically for those.
