I'm not sure if this has been done already but I didn't see a topic about it! A lot of the nice background items here are hella expensive and inaccessible for players starting out, so I've gone through them all and complied the best ones under 500k - though many of them are under 100-50k. I will continue to add to this list and try to categorise it a bit at another point.
