Hey y'all 😊

I played Neopets as a kid and revisited the website recently. That brought back the virtual pet/user economy itch, but that website is in a pretty sad state. Just on a whim, I decided to research alternatives and I found Subeta (the excellent art style of the pets caught my eye). I'm loving it so far! More so than that site, this one seems more beginner-friendly as far as wealth and valuable items goes (I was able to get one of my favorite pet designs on the first day). I'm also loving the Custom CSS 👍

Some info about me: I love writing and recording music. I started in 2012 with a post-rock phase, and then I was doing prog rock for a bit, and now I'm doing ambient/modern classical. If you're curious, here's my Bandcamp (shameless plug 😅).

I also like dancing, reading, cooking/baking, meditating, and video games (though I haven't played any besides Neopets/Subeta in a while).

Sometimes during big events the site has a few hiccups. I'm sure staff is working on it.
