Heya folks. I know Shoutbox Sidebar closes for events and all, but I could have sworn I have been on during non event cycles and it's not active. Is there some shortage of mods or something?

It was causing soooo much lag/errors... that I think the staff decided to just make it where the shoutbox can still be used -- only in full page mode.
