Whenever I got to Freyalise, no matter when it has restocked, it's empty. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

The items go so fast the shop is empty within seconds. I was refreshing there yesterday just before it restocked and there were only two items left by the time the page had reloaded for me.

usually if you see it say restocked 5 mins ago, you gotta stay on the page and keep refreshing and you should see something there

Don't forget to do all of drunk Carl's quests, and vend in ocean depths. They both randomly give out Freyalise items.
