Apologies if the answer is available somewhere and I can't find it. I'm aiming for the Blushing Flower Wreath Achievement and a few items are super pricey.

If I bought the items to add into my wardrobe to unlock the achievement, will I lose the achievement and cosmetic wreath if I were to then remove those items from my wardrobe afterwards?

Nope! Once you unlock the achievement the rewards are yours to keep!
