I'm guessing you only want feedback on those three specific skins? I've not used these particular ones at all (the only zapper skin I use on a regular basis is the dog one), so my opinions might not count for much ;)

Discoball (no) - to be honest I didn't even see the eyelids & nose until I looked closely, so personally I wouldn't think that needs a wipe.

Experiment 0003 (maybe :P) - I'm guessing the wipe would have to remove the visor - it could help to enable the use of eye / mouth items, but I'm not sure how good it'd actually look :P

Scribble (yes) - I think it could help to allow the use of other face items (I can't imagine those eyes are easy to cover, given how far apart they are)

Experiment 0003 - No, as it would remove that super neat visor and potentially take away from the robotness of the skin. Scribble - yes. I can see a lot of face items working on this skin potentially which atm cant bc that face it comes with is hard to cover

I'm not really decided on the disco ball bc that skin isn't my cup of tea.

On a note not related to the three you list, I don't think you have done a wipe for the Android skin yet and that might be very versatile too.

I guess the reason I'm not sure about the scribble skin is because I don't think I've ever seen but maybe 1-2 people use it in the entire time I've been here. Would either of you ACTUALLY use the scribble skin if it didn't have that face on it? I personally don't think I'd use it, unless I was making a joke HA and that's super uncommon for me to do.

Discoball: No. The facial features are barely visible and can be covered easily by other face items. I personally think it looks a mess with or without the tiny eyes/mouth. lol

Experiment 0003: Yes. I would love to be able to wear this skin without being forced to incorporate the visor in the design.

Scribble: Yes. Again the features are small in this one, but they are pronounced and can just look weird and out of place if we ty to place new eyes and mouth over it.

that's a good point (I don't think I've seen anyone use it).... I think I would be more inclined to use it if there was a face wipe to remove the features as it would give a lot more scope to make some decent HAs with it then

To be honest I don't know if I would use the scribble skin even with a wipe ^^" For the same reason you cite actually. It sounds like you can do joke skins well with it but not much else.

Ah I missed that andriod wipe then, thank you. Maybe if you have time make a list of skins that have not a wipe yet? That one is bound to be shorter I think?

But sadly the list of skins that still need a wipe is

1. Actually quite long. Like 30 of JUST the zapper skins alone lol probably closer to uh maybe 75 all together?
2. I don't want people to think that I'm promising I'll do everything listed. There are still some skins I am not sure I'll be able to make a wipe for due to a few challenging factors such as; a. Line art breaks (aka everywhere parts of the face breaks the normal HA boundaries) b. Level of details being too difficult to get rid of without ruining the skin c. Some of them may just be out of my ability. But I need to take a look at each one individually as I go before I can decide. Some of these take just a few minutes to work out, but I've had a few that I had to work on, on and off, till I got it to look right and hopefully be something people would find useful.

A good example was this one; I redid this one probably 2-3 times before I settled on the way it looks now. I had to decide exactly what parts to remove / replace / etc while still keeping the original idea of the skin in mind. And there are a few more that are ready to go into the queue in the next few weeks where I had an even harder choice to make. (I simply cannot afford to submit a ton of different versions for a single skin and I'm sure some people will be disappointed in some of the choices I'm having to make. Unfortunately I have to keep everyone in mind, and that makes it really hard.)

Found a skin I'd def use with a face wipe: Glade.

I was first thinking about freckle fever but that one is easy to cover, glade has this huuuge eyes. Unless you want this board to be only about the three skins in your first post? I'll happily wait until it's the turn of another poll then.

I'm only taking input on the three in the first post! I wish I could take specific requests for which ones to work on but when I first started I got flooded with "DO THIS ONE NEXT!!" and it was too much so I'm just kind of working at my own pace and interest till the list dwindles and then I may take requests for what to do next :) (Ps if you want Glade, you're in luck x'D that MIGHT in the queue since this morning??? lol)

Ah ok, sorry, I missed that part! Yes, I would buy both face wipes I mentioned. I like to use the scribble skin with art-related items or with super old items with outdated art, but I was never a fan of that face.

Makes sense. It is a lot of skins to go through and I truly appreciate your endavour to make them versatile.

i don't have strong feelings about these and i'm not sure i'd be first in line for wipes for any of them (gathering all my pennies for the ones i have wishlisted now is already taking a long time LOL), but that said!!

disco ball skin -- i'd skip it, personally. the facial features are already thin, and they're positioned well for covering up with regular face items already.

scribble skin -- i can't see myself using this one even with a face wipe ^^; it's just a little too silly, even for me

0003 skin -- this one i wouldn't mind a face wipe for? the lines up with the blue ear covers on the skin, so i think being able to wipe off the current visor and replace it with the display gauge + eyes would be cool... but that would be super niche and i'm not sure how many people would actually want it enough to buy a face wipe and make it worth your time.

I forgot that item exists. TY for letting me know, as that will definitely impact how I go about a wipe if I do one for that skin :)

Honestly, I don't see any of these skins getting enough use to be worth it, but out of all of them, disco has the most potential.

I also think a wipe for the experiment 003 would be great, even cooler if you could make it look like the visor is rotated up like a bike helmet visor would do and then just match the white metal for the face plate

I have to say I’m in the same frame of mind as I’m saving for the ones I really want and these 3 aren’t something I think I myself would use much. If I did, I would find a work around for them.

The Discoball’s facial details are so faint they can be layered over pretty easily.

The Scribble isn’t something I see many people using.

The really does work decently around the visor for the 0003.

The Baker - i think a face wipe for this skin might work. there r cute cupcakes on its head and it can be easily layered with other sweets/pastry-related wearables that we have on subeta. :)
