Can someone help?

I put in a code from Subeta Lodge and now I can't find the box I put it in to erase it. Is there a way to reset my profile?

You can change your profile code/writing at personal > dashboard > profile

, oh no I don't mean I changed it through the dashboard. I put a blank widget on my profile through editing and put the code there and now I can't access that box.

Does that make sense?

It probably got in a column you have hidden. Try removing all the code from the profile page and see if you can find it on the blank template.

Well that didn't work. I tried putting in a new code to hopefully override but no go. I also deleted all the boxes possible and all the code on the dashboard > profile page (which was only to make a spoiler button more visible) and I still can't find the code ;_;

That's really crazy! I'm sorry I couldn't help. :( If you can't figure it out I'd suggest writing a ticket, staff will be able to help.

Next time you can totally reset your profile yourself form the dashboard. There is a link above the text box where you input code. That would completely clear out everything.

like I said earlier, I cleared out all the code I had through the dashboard and it didn't work.

There is a link that says "Reset profile!" that is what I am referring to not the code in the the dashboard. It is right above Profile Text and below your email. You may want to edit your post to remove the image of that email address if it is personal and important to you.

Here's something you could try. First, I would go here: https://subeta.net/profile.php?act=edit&usern=Shawny, then right click and inspect element as I did. (I'm using Firefox - not sure if this will work in Chrome.) Then scroll down in the CSS to column 3 and keep peeling back the layers until you get to that coding, and then click on it. When I did that, I got what you see above instead of the image that currently takes up your whole profile.

My hope is that when you do that, what you see will change to look like the picture above, and then you will be able to click the delete button and get rid of that section.

As you've unfortunately found out, the reason "Reset Profile" doesn't work here is because it's not profile coding but coding in a blank widget on your profile, which is self-contained.

If the above doesn't work, I'd just wait until admin responds to your ticket. Hopefully they answer soon. :)

[Edit]Final edit - I didn't just click on the coding but grabbed the whole thing (in the element code) and wiggled it around a bit. If you do that the coding will probably come out of the widget, and you still may be able to access the delete button to delete the widget.
