It's not with the events on the homepage and it's not on the seasonal dailies like it used to be (or did I imagine that?).

i found it on the news page on the right bar under 'upcoming'

It's located here [x] or if you want to go via the map it's at Delphi Beach, you can see her standing next to the Beach Shack. I can't remember if it used to be under seasonal dailies or not ^^'
