Unable to collect pet incomes/add TC items from inventory

I'm getting the following message when I go to the Job Agency:
You do not have any pets! You should adopt one!
This is the 2nd day I've gotten this message. I collected their incomes Friday without a problem. I have 115 pets and they all show up on the Pets page.
I'm not sure if this is related but I also can't add items to pet TCs from inventory. Feeding/reading books still shows my full pet list but Add to Pet TC isn't showing my pets.

I am not sure this is related but have you tried logging into new.subeta.net and see if that helps?

I gave it a try. That got rid of the "you don't have any pets" message but now what I get is links to High Scores and Centropolis and then a giant white space. I can't see any of my pets.

Oh dear that is not good. If you are using Chrome could you check on another browser? Chrome has been difficult recently. You can also try clearing your cache (make sure you clear it completely).

I'm running Firefox and I double-checked I've got the most up-to-date version. I'm on Windows 10, if that's helpful. I cleared my cache and browser history but the issue is still there.

I am making the report right now but wanted to check... Did the logging in help with your inventory issue? And can you use the mass add function for GAs to get items into your TCs?

I've continued to have the issue with my inventory. Logging into the new site didn't do anything. I also just realized this morning that my pets don't show up on the drop downs for battling. I don't even get "hungry pets" on the menus.
Mass add works fine. I haven't had a problem adding TC items that way, only from inventory.

Thank you for letting me know. I added that to the report. If you have any ad blockers or add-ons, please disable them for a moment and see if that helps. Meanwhile I will let you know what they say.

I imagine this is because of how many pets you have (over 100! wow!) so I'll take a look at how we can at the very least paginate or something so that you can see all of your pets :)

I hope I'm pinging the right person to have this locked. Both of these issues are now resolved. I can collect pet incomes and place items in pet TCs from my inventory. :)
