Just wondering what different foods everyone's been making/eating. I just finished up eating a fried egg with spinach in it. I've finally learned how to cook eggs so I won't starve for breakfast haha.
May as well, today I cooked a simple soft taco meal. Basic seasoned ground beef and potato main dish, fideo soup, and greens. Along with all the condiments, and a Jim n Coke to drink. Dessert is homemade ice cream, and at this time I'm waiting for the food to sit while it cools down to before eating.
, that sounds really good. right now i'm eating sugared orange slices. my blood sugar must be over 200 i've eaten so many. dinner for me will probably be chicken florentine or asian pot stickers w/ broccoli.
Had some really great, authentic Indian/East African food at a restaurant for lunch (my friend and I try to go there at least once a month because the food is so good and also because they always provide vegetarian options). I don't remember what the ones I got are called, but one was primarily cabbage and the other was mostly corn. Also had a latte. Don't have much at home for dinner when I get off work later, so will probably just have some ice cream and call it good.

Had a zucchini bread this morning!
Just ate some Triscuits to have something on my stomach to take meds with.

Some so-so pan fried chicken, with garlic czeese sauce. All frozen or canned, hence the so-so aspect.
Didn't have breakfast as I overslept, but had a sandwich for lunch with spicy chicken and im having quiche for dinner
For breakfast, I made oatmeal. For lunch, I made vegetable korma, paneer saag, and rice. For dinner, I'm going to have a veggie pot pie. I've been trying to eat a lot more veggies lately, and so far I am succeeding. :) I really enjoy cooking.
