The Tiled Chelon Plushie is currently unbuyable in user shops, and it's also unobtainable, because it's an achievement prize tied to a game (Tubular Tiles) which has been broken for a long time.

May I suggest that, since the game isn't likely to be fixed soon, an alternate path to obtaining the Tiled Chelon Plushie be implemented?
