Mine was awful. Dentist appointment, fine, no problem, cavities gotta get filled and it's not usually a problem for me. But maybe it's the way this dentist did the injection but it fucking hurt worse than any before and I have a panic attack. Wait 45 minutes before they start, inject more, and implement these medieval torture devices of metal that force teeth apart I've never seen before. Hurts like hell, made my mouth bleed everywhere, while the one with the suction was deepthroating me and making me gag and and the same time not sucking up any of the spray so it was like a wet t-shirt contest.

Ain't getting anymore injections without that gas that's for damn sure.

I'm so sorry to hear that.. sounds horrible.. My day went pretty good. Usual hot day with nothing happening, but I did get to have my chew necklace come in! I'm autistic and I have chewing problems, safe to say my retainers weren't safe from the wrath of my biting teeth. Both of them broke and got fixed. At least I now have something to help me.

I understand. I have panic disorder with agoraphobia, PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder and I felt like I needed one of my stuffed animals at the dentist. I feel more comfortable carrying one around even though I'm 31. I used to have my blankie until I was in 4th grade and sucked my thumb as well. Music helps as well, specifically metal, to calm me down. So I always have music and sometimes stuffed animals. Either one of my spooder plushies or my beefalo plushie.

Mine feeling better, after spending an hour pounding stumps with a sledgehammer into little pieces. Then building a fire to burn the kindling. I've done this for years already, a part of my break between semesters at this time.

Otherwise I forsee a good day, my finances are balanced after an early payment from a brother. This may allow me to indulge in eating out, as well as stop for provisions.

Them coping mechanisms, I did most of those. I sucked my thumb right up until high school. And I'll never stop sleeping with a plush. Hammer time is something I let go of either, I simply chop firewood instead of less acceptable outlets.

My day went well today! Unfortunately it's super hot but a good fan and i'm fine. I got to eat some chicken tenders from a fast food place so that was awesome.

Just another day spent earning my college costs. My sister asked me to help declutter her garage, I cleared some floor space and took out any garbage that shewed it's face. I'm paid several days worth in advance, putting me in obligation to fulfill the job. I had pledged about 20 hours in the nest ten days.

Mine finished this day's, and waiting for her to return zo mine can get home and eat.
