I've unlocked a few Human Avatar borders since they were introduced but I have no idea how to display them. I've looked in my wardrobe, but there doesn't seem to be a tab where I can equip them from, and I don't know where else I would do it from. Where do I need to go to display my borders?

Wardrobe > Personal (upper menu bar) > Cosmetics: Set your avatar border
