The system is fair because it's a lottery. It all depends on how much money you throw into it and how lucky you are. Not allowing certain people to enter anymore would make it unfair.

I stopped bothering with it because it is a lottery and I don't have the sP to dump like that. I don't have the money to dump into something like that.
