Working on my plushie collection and making notes for myself, do the old unwreathed red rreign plushies spawn every year along with new ones? I think I saw in a news post the Rreign gives retired items so the old wreathed ones should still be obtainable but wondering about the normal ones

Not all of them come back on a yearly basis.

It's up in the air until the News post hits. But, I will tell you that nothin' stays retired forever here. ^_^ Sometimes they come out in the Free Shop too.
